Health Insurance Plans

The Glafkides Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery Center office participates with some health insurance plans that cover certain cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company. Our procedure coordinator will assist you in determining eligibility. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments, and remaining balances. Patients also have the option of paying office and surgical fees in advance and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from their insurance company.

Financing Options

Though some medical insurance plans will not cover cosmetic procedures, a number of them will, depending on the procedure to be performed and the medical necessity for it. Our office will be glad to assist you with a financing program for elective medical procedures. Patients may be pre-approved for financing with a low-interest monthly payment plan. Our surgical coordinator will be pleased to provide you with further details.
